Malacca "Makan" Trip 2
I had chicken rice for lunch. Probably some of you would be able to guess that it is not ordinary chicken rice. Why would I go all the way to malacca for a plate of chicken rice.
Malacca is famouse with its Chicken Rice-Ball. Its a rice molded into sphere shape. It is no ordinary rice too. It taste different than normal ordinary rice with has a dull taste. This one is much more refreshing, and give you a special taste that you will never forget. It will give you the craving after 5 hours not eating it. Its just like you taking drugs giving you the euphoric effect.
**okay okay..I know this it abit exaggerating but it is the truth and "refreshing" is probably not the right words to be use**
The chicken rice serves best with their Barley Limau.
Sorry about the ugly looking chicken. I makan halfway then only remember that I forgot to snap it. Initialy it looks nice. Wanted to omit this picture but think think, what a post of chicken rice without showing the chicken. It is better than me putting a picture like this.
In the evening, probably you would like to take a stroll down the Jocker Street. You might end up with lots of cheap souvenirs for your friends or family members which i personally think it would end up on the shelf and collecting dust.
The interior design and the environment of the shop is nice too. Here is a few snaps of it.
With a full and happy stomach, I head back to KL.

Malacca "Makan" Trip 1
Malacca is actually my hometown. However, I am not born here. I am truely a KL brat.
First thing you should eat in Malacca is the "Tai Pau". Juicy and succulent pork meat with egg, covered by thin "pau" skin.
Try poking a hole through the "pau" skin and the juice or gravy will ooze out just like lava oozing out of volcano.
Aside from their fantastic volcano-like "pau", they serves a great variety of dim-sum. However, I was too busy eating and forgot to take a few snap of those.

Billings Ovulation Methods
Okay, read on if you are interested.
As you all know, the Natural Family Planning method that I've learned is the Billing's Ovulation Method(BOM). This method is based on science rather than the traditional methods which based on counting and estimation of days. Why estimation of day of ovulation is not accurate? This question may pop into your head. Well, a girl menstrual cycle rarely have the similar length. It may be lenghten due to stress, sickness or without any obvious reason. When the period is not coming, then the couple starts to worry and lead to stress and this continues.
BOM will allow you to know when is the ovulation day based of external observation of the changes of the body. If a girl is observent, she may realise some changes during the mid-cycle of her menstrual cycle. Particularly, she usually will feel wet and slippery sensation down there.
Primarily, BOM is based on these kind of sensation. It involve the women to record down the sensation that she feels as she do her daily work. Records can be made in the form of charts using colours and symbols. Here is one of the example of the chart.
Allow me to explain the graph and diagram. Mentruation occurs at the first day of the cycle. It is usually marked with red and it last from 3 to 5 days.
In a normal cycle, there will usually be a few days of dry days after the ovulation. These dry days are marked with green. As i mentioned before, we do not estimate. We observe the sensation. If you feel dry, means you are infertile.
Once your sensation changes from dry to damp, this means you might be fertile and intercourse should be avoided if you do not wanna get pregnant. From damp, you will to wet, slippery and to very slippery. This is called a changing developing pattern and you are fertile on these days. From a very slippery days it will change to dry. Its an abrupt change. This signify that the ovulation has occured. It is known as the Peak day. If you were to achieve pregnancy, this is the day where you should have intercourse.
The days after ovulation will usually be dry(green).
BOM can be used to achieve pregnancy or to avoid pregnancy. In avoiding pregnancy, this method has 99% accuracy and it is widely used in China. In past experience, many women are able to detect many diseases simply by charting their sensation. Abnormalities in the cycle can be easily detected.

Sliding charts above represent the women menstrual cycle and it is used by the BOM teacher to teach their student.
In a nutshell, the 3 days programme ended with a great success. At the end, I manage to capture a photo of Alan giving his speech.
For your information, wet and slippery is the most fertile day.

Parkinson's Disease
Parkinson's disease is a disease where some neuron cell in the brain dies particularly those involve the Dopamine pathways. This will often impairs the sufferer's motor skills and speech. Parkinson's disease belongs to a group of conditions called movement disorders. It is often characterized by muscle rigidity, tremor, a slowing of physical movement, and in extreme cases, a loss of physical movement.

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snack
The oyster mee suah is something you should try first. Mee suah in brown sauce serve with chicken meat and oyster along with some chile. If you are tasting this for the first time, I am sure that it will give some special stimulation to your taste bud. Its surely a taste that you've never taste before. Unless you've been to Taiwan and taste it there. None of our Malaysian food is close or have similar taste. Definitely something you should try!
Shihlin Taiwan Street Snack also offers few more type of snack. One of it is the XXL Chrispy Chicken aka Uncle Bob Chicken.
I also took the opportunity to try the Seafood Tempura. Well, frankly, its just a few pieces of flour with some weird seafood taste.

After more than a year of blogging, it all came to this freaking 7 posts! Damn, I better make some quality post here.
