Gold fish?

Taken in One Utama. Did some editing with this picture. Initially it was very dull so I did some colour enhancement. Those photo editing program can do wonders. I was blog hopping today, went to several blogs of dSLR user, and their picture is so-damn NICE! *jealous*

It makes me wonder, when come to photography, is it about the person (skills, arts and creativity) or its about camera?

At first I thought it is more about skill and creativity, well I think my mind has changed.

I seriously need to consider a camera change, currently I am using a 4mp with no optical zoom!

sigh.

Julian cut potato picture

Since I missed a post yesterday, so I will make it double today.

I've signed up with nuffnang.com last week. Malaysia first blogvertorial company. I never aspect any payment from then tho. Just for the sake of signing up and make my blog look cool.

Well, in order for them to give you payment, your blog needs to have certain number of visitors daily. Hence, they will track the number of visitor to the blog. Aside from that, they also track the keywords that you guys type in search engine to get to my blog.

Amazing, huh?

This is even more amazing.

Someone actually typed, 'julian cut potato picture' to get to my blog?!!!

Run


I have been taking my own sweet time studying for my EOS. I can spend whole day wasting time watching old shows which I have already watched in the cinema, surfing websites and wasting my time. When I sit at the table and study, a minute seems like an hour and and hour seems forever. However, if sit in front of the TV, two hours seems so short. Sigh.

Now, I think I need to so some catch up. Well, as least I THINK I need to catch up but frankly, my rate of studying is still the same. I am 'walking' not even start to 'jog' yet! When only I will start to 'run'?!

p.s. Motivation needed, seriously!

Doll


An old picture of a doll. It looks real isn't it? It is a doll. We are becoming like a doll. Heart-less and cold-blooded. I am also mood-less now. Things that I am reading slip pass my mind just like how water flow down the river. Its gonna be like the last EOS exam but I am just so no-mood to handle it. I am not trying my best..giving up now..

p.s - I am starting to enjoy posting a short post with a picture each day. Just need to look for the right picture that suits my feeling, upload and post. It's simple and easy. However, I would still post long post occasionally. I have one coming up, but guess it would need to be after my exam.

p.p.s - I wanna get a Nikon D40. Anyone has a good bargain?

Dive


Study break can be a pain in the a$$. Basically you sit at home and study without a break. You can get so sick of studying till you feel nauseated and having diarrhoea.

This photo was taken in Redang Island. I miss redang so much! I need a break, just feel like dive into the water~~!

Doing good-byes!

Today, P105 Semester 5 result was released after so much delay. Congrats to those that have made it!


Today is also probably the last time I gonna see some of you guys. I am not so good in doing good-byes but I am sure we will meet again in the next year graduation.

I not sure how many P105-er actually reads my blog but I would like to wish you guys all the best and best of luck! We shall meet again.

Canopy


Photo taken from Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) in Kepong, Selangor. Its a non-overlapping tree canopy. Have to jungle track for about 30 minutes to get this shot.

Updates..

12th April was the screening night for the Cupid Blind Date Game, the three guys with the highest votes dated the girl, Jaslene.




Sorry guys, she was the runner up.

I really wanna give credits to the guys from coming out with wonderful ideas such as candle light dinner on top of Bukit Komanwel, slow dance with the girls, flowers, home-cooked food and many many more.

Their videos was shown on that night. It was great night with All Pharmacy Rejects Band (they are damn good!), three funny videos and some silly game to torture the guys. I would say the best guy won the game. He truly deserve it.

At the end, we manage to sell off all the chocolates. We manage to collect some money where part of it will go to charity. To me, I think its a great success. Its not easy to "korek" money from IMU student, okay?

It was also BeeLian's birthday last few weeks. Wish her Happy Birthday oh!

2007 is the 15th Anniversary of IMU. Many event will be coming up soon. Renovation is still going on. Can't wait for the new annex block. Hope IMU will look more like a university rather than a shopping complex.

Malacca Again!

Well, I went to malacca again for the food and also to snap some pictures. To me, that is the best thing in life, having great food and being able to take some nice photos.


Now I am in my semester 6 study break. 2 more week to my finals. Hope everything will turn out smoothly.
